I am a licensed therapist, and I offer dating coaching, business coaching, and phone therapy for both individuals and couples. As the purpose of This Or Prozac is to offer people insights and tools to help in the process of change, I thought it might be beneficial for people to hear what I do in an actual therapy session. Thus – with the full knowledge and consent of my client – I’ve decided to start podcasting some of my sessions. Therapy, in the end, is about the other 6 days, 23 hours, and 15 minutes; it’s about what you do for yourself every day.
